What are your delivery charges?

Delivery within UK & Channel Isles is £5.99(per box) upto 30kg in weight and FREE for all orders over £600, (a refund/credit will be issued on receipt/payment of order)
All orders received after 3.30pm are despatched NEXT WORKING DAY. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered Tuesday. This service is 98% reliable.

How long is delivery from placing my order?

Generally UK delivery is within 48 hours of order but this is not guarenteed so please advise us before placing your order of any urgent requirements. DPD is our normal delivery partner and we will email you a consignment number so that you can track your delivery with DPD. This service is 98% reliable. For smaller orders below £30 we may use Royal Mail 1st class. If it is an urgent delivery please contact us. Delivery within Europe is usually 4 days but non-EC can take a little longer due to the paperwork for customs.

Do I need to be an established business to buy from you?

No, we are happy to deal with all types of retailers from small to large. We however do not sell direct to the public therefore all accounts are authorised prior being allowed to purchase.

How do I place my first order with you?

Simply click on login/register on the homepage and follow the on screen instructions. Please give us 48 hours to authorise your account.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?

Yes, our payment partners are Worldpay and Paypal. All the information exchanged is encrypted and we have no access to your credit card details.

Is there a minimum order quantity or value for an order?

No, you can buy as little as 1 pack but obviously the more you spend the better value the shipping.

Do you get discounts for larger orders?

Yes, for orders over £2,000.00 please ring us on (0044)121 551 4920 and we can offer you better prices.

Do you supply other wholesalers/importers?

As the majority of our garments are designed in house and made solely by us and hence are sole distributers of our labels. We currently supply wholesalers throughout the UK and Europe and always looking to expand our customer base. Please feel free to ring us on (0044)121 551 4920 to discuss further.

How many items are in a pack?

The majority of items come packed in 12 or 18 pieces per small carton. If there is any other quantity it will be clearly stated in the product description.

Are the items in a pack all the same size?

No, you get a selection of sizes and colours.

Can I request certain sizes and colours?

In general, no, as we pre-sort the product into packs of 6 when the stock arrives to ensure customers get the best selection of sizes and colours possible. Sometimes we can accommodate the occasional request for our regular customers.

What type of lines do you stock?

We mainly stock knitwear for men, ladies and children. We however are expanding our range to include a vast range of clothing and accessories.

Can we come and visit you?

Yes. You are more than welcome at our new 6000+sq ft showroom. We stock an vast range of styles and items that are only available from our cash and carry. We also have refreshments and free wifi access.

What if I am travelling from far away to visit you?

If you are travelling by train into Birmingham New Street/International or flying into Birmingham Airport, one of our sales assistants will be at hand to collect you and bring you to our showroom. We can arrange accommodation and transport locally on your behalf.
 

What are your payment terms?

Payment is taken at time of order. You can pay by credit card and Paypal via the website. There may be a delay in processing your order if your delivery address does not match the billing address of your chosen credit/debit card.

What is your returns policy?

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the goods, please inform us within 48 hours of your receipt. We will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you. All products returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing . You must ensure that the package is insured to the correct value to protect yourself in the event that the return is lost or damaged in transit.

Do you offer 30 day accounts?

Yes, subject to insurance. Please contact us on 0121 551 4920 to request a trade credit application form.
